September is JavaScript season in Europe. Berlin alone hosts four conferences during September’s second week. You can then travel to Hamburg, cross the border to Switzerland and fly to Portugal to round out a full JS conference schedule.

I was fortunate enough to present a talk on Creating Natural Simulations in a Web Browser at JSConfEU 2013. There were cat videos. I ate chips with a Potechi. And we made a movie about a guy throwing a ball for a cat. I hope everyone enjoyed it.

If you just want the cat videos, check out the clip below.

If you’re a JS developer, JSConfEU is an event you don’t want to miss. The community is warm and supportive. There’s free beer. And you’ll leave with some new ideas to pursue. I hope to see you there.
